Important information about certified translations:
An original document or its certified copy will have to be produced in person or by post. You can send a scan of the document to us and produce one of the above upon collection of the translation. To save money on registered post we suggest posting photocopies, certified by either solicitors or Garda Siochana (free of charge), instead of originals by ordinary post.
We cannot change, omit or correct the content of the original document in the target language.
Be prepared to present an official identification document with the spelling of the proper names if translation is to be done from/to non-Latin based language.
We are happy to provide express translation services to our clients, provided the translators are available in the requested language combination. Please remember that we charge extra for urgency.
Instant Translation adheres to a strict confidentiality policy. Confidential information is shared only between linguists who are bound by non-disclosure agreements.
